Raptor
Specific tasks I performed on this puppet include mold making, body casting, hand/foot/jaw/tail wiring, seaming, replacement eyelid sculpting and painting, silicone painting, and general maintenance. The raptor has a FlexFoam core and was cast with Dragonskin silicone. Details were painted with a mixture of Dragonskin and Silc Pig silicone pigments.
Slade
Specific tasks I performed on this puppet include mold making, body casting, hand wiring, casting several hands (open, holding, and fists), seaming, replacement face sanding and organization, eyelid painting, hair painting, and general maintenance. Slade’s body was cast with FlexFoam and all visible skin was cast with Dragonskin silicone. Three Slades were made.
Sasha
Specific tasks I performed on this puppet include mold making, body casting, hand wiring, casting several hands (open, holding, and fists), seaming, replacement face organization, eyelid painting, and general maintenance. Sasha’s body was cast with FlexFoam and all visible skin was cast with Dragonskin silicone. Two Sashas were made.
Molds
I have created two part molds, three part molds, and molds with undercuts. I use Mold Star silicone and sometimes create hard plastic outer shells for molds as well.
